How do I book a rental?

Do you deliver and set up the rentals?
Yes! Delivery, setup, and takedown are included for most items. Additional fees may apply depending on distance.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit goes toward your total balance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event date may receive a credit or refund depending on the situation. Weather-related cancellations typically receive a full credit.
Are your bounce houses cleaned?
Absolutely. All inflatables are sanitized before and after every rental for your safety.
Do you set up in parks?
Yes, we can deliver to parks. Some parks require permits — the customer is responsible for obtaining them. A generator may be required if power is not available.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, and electronic payments (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, etc.) depending on your preference. Credit/debit cards are not available at the moment.
